Disability is a proven strength and a career asset to roles across any organization. As disability representation in marketing campaigns, on social media, and in mainstream media increases globally, it’s important to make sure that representation extends beyond on-camera talent. This session will feature marketers with disabilities sharing how their lived experience has shaped their work and strategies for advancing employment opportunities for people with disabilities in the field.
