Inclusion Works connects participating corporate partners with Disability:IN subject matter experts (SME) and unites them around disability inclusion through leading practices and tools. The experts assist the participating Fortune/Global 500 companies to accelerate disability inclusion through customized services and plans.

The Inclusion Works Team Gets Results!

Inclusion Works’ SMEs assist participating companies to compare their disability inclusion practices with best practices using the Disability Equality Index (DEI). In 2018, 100% of the Inclusion Works companies established their reputations as “Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion”

Participating companies have hired over 14,000 new individuals with disabilities from program start through July 2018, an increase of over 4,000% from baseline. And the numbers continue to grow.

Hiring increases are attributed to the investment in culture change, disability inclusion and heightened outreach and recruitment with the intense assistance of Inclusion Works’ SMEs.
