Sodexo’s Talent Acquisition strategy to source, attract and hire individuals with disabilities ensures disability inclusion training for their recruiters. By investing in educating recruiters, they are better prepared to build individual sourcing strategies for their positions that will include individuals with disabilities, be better equipped in identifying opportunities within Sodexo, and working with hiring partners to convey the qualifications and skill sets that could result in a successful hire. This training is provided by Sodexo’s Office of Diversity, along with supplemental training provided by their Talent Acquisition Sourcing Recruitment Team, which has partnered with Sodexo’s relevant Employee Business Resource Groups. Their Talent Acquisition team has also partnered with a large group of government, non-profit, private sector and educational institutions devoted to creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
