Since March of 2020, Sodexo NorAm Internal Communications team has been working update the content on their intranet and external site to meet the global accessibility standards set by WCAG 2.1 AA. To date, we are at 70% completion of updating their top 300 pages (pages with more than 300 views each month) to comply with these accessibility standards. Through training and continuing reviews, the communication team shares the requirements with all content contributors ensuring all documents added to the websites meet accessibility requirements.
