Ensuring that leaders that are executives in the business are closely linked to the ERG Leaders has proven to be a key differentiator for increased engagement in disability activities at each of their major locations. Further, each of their Global ERG leaders has a career development plan and these plans are reviewed by a Raytheon Director with a focus on helping these individuals grow as leaders and increase their ability to influence.
