In Q1 2021, L’Oreal launched a 6-month pilot program that includes all Diversity and Inclusion think tank members and all self-disclosed veterans and people with disabilities throughout the company. This program is supported by an AI powered platform to facilitate the match and guide mentors and mentees on their journey and consists of 3 separate formats: 1-1, Mentoring circles with smaller groups of participants, Mentoring moments with larger audiences up to 200 attendees.
