As part of Indeed’s global accommodations process, they identified and pre-submitted vendor agreements with their financial team in all 30+ global cities where physical offices existed for commonly requested accommodation services such as sign language interpretation and Braille printing, in order to expedite fulfilling incoming requests for support. Indeed now has over 60 vendors on retainer that specifically focus on meeting the needs of employees with disabilities. Additionally, Indeed maintains an internal tracking system to log individual vendor use and collect experience feedback in order to keep their preferred vendor list up-to-date and of the highest quality of customer service.
