EY is committed to helping strengthen the pipeline of disability-owned business enterprises and invests in several ways. EY was among the first founding members of the Disability: IN disability-owned business certification (DOBE) program and has had active members on the National Certification Committee for many years reviewing certification files, performing site visits, and attending monthly meetings. EY also has representation on the Disability: IN’s Procurement Council. The company runs a series of learning workshops for small, disadvantaged businesses, including this year’s virtual webinar on “How to do Business with EY” specifically for disability owned businesses, and awards scholarships for DOBEs to attend Dartmouth’s Tuck Business School Executive Education program.
