Cintas’ partnership with NEXT for Autism has provided a holistic approach to not just finding candidates but helping us build long-term relationships with local agencies who support individuals with disabilities. In addition, NEXT comes to Cintas and provides disability awareness and inclusion training, to help ensure the new partner finds a welcoming and inclusive environment.
