They actively engage disability owned businesses to participate in all aspects of their sourcing opportunities. Further, the Senior Manager of Supplier Diversity served as a mentor to a certified Disability Owned Business and that business contracted with their California operation to conduct a survey of both internal and external stakeholders of their supplier diversity efforts.
