For several years, Jabil Vietnam has supported the Te Phan Orphanage, a home for children with disabilities, providing financial support to help with food and clothing costs, while also organizing volunteer activities around annual holiday gift-giving events. Several sites in Mexico have centered philanthropic efforts around individuals with Down syndrome. Jabil Guadalajara has worked with a local organization that provides vocational training, while Jabil Chihuahua has donated over $45,000. And in the United States, Jabil supports the Southeastern Guide Dogs (near its headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida) by focusing efforts around providing guide/service dogs to Veterans living with PTSD or who have lost sight during service. Employees also volunteer on their campus assisting in everyday activities. Employees support the organization through Jabil’s charitable donation via payroll deduction program and have donated more than $90,000 since September 2017.
