The University of Texas MD Anderson created a pipeline, in partnership with Texas Workforce Solutions, in Houston, Texas to provide paid internships for over 30 college students with disabilities in their healthcare facilities. They also provide disability etiquette training to all recruitment staff through their Office of Recruitment & Executive Recruitment in partnership with the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
