Our Resume database is a resource for our corporate partners and inclusion works companies to utilize in their recruiting efforts when searching for candidates with disabilities. Resumes added to the database range in experience from early career to experienced professionals and, are added with every new NextGen Leader class, Disability:IN Inclusion works recruiting events (Tech Showcase, Career Connections, Corporate Internship Showcase, etc.). Our corporate partners and Inclusion Works companies are welcomed and encouraged to use the database as another tool in their recruiting toolkit.
