At MetLife, the Disability & Accessibility team engaged global senior leaders for guidance on enhancing workplace practices and policies. Leaders are also engaged in reimagining their workplace through a lens of disability inclusion to ensure that the work environment is safe and accessible for all employees. Additionally, a partnership with Microsoft has enabled best practice sharing and learning about new technologies and tools to help our people and organization be more productive.
