In January 2020, over 200 employees volunteered to help Implement ‘Vertical’ Strategy across 20 US locations (including Puerto Rico)​. This team includes 45 Remote D&I Champions, 11 D&I leads, 35 on-site champions, 28 HR Ambassadors to implement action plans aligned to their division and function Diversity and Inclusion goals, support and implement local activations for Corporate D&I Strategies, help drive diverse recruitment efforts, and provide insights/feedback to Corporate D&I team.
