This webinar was presented at the January 2021 Inclusion Works meeting by disability rights lawyer and author Lainey Feingold. Lainey serves as Disability:IN’s Digital Accessibility Resource. This presentation offers a high-level overview of smart practices integral to a successful digital accessibility program. Among other things, Lainey’s talk touches on the importance of hiring disabled people, practicing inclusive design, and focusing on content across the organization. Accessibility as a civil right and as a component of organizational ethics as well as other practices are also discussed.
