Bank of America created the Enterprise Disability Advisory Council, chaired their Global Technology & Operations executive. Membership consists of executives from every line of business and support organizations globally. The purpose of the Council is to align, prioritize and amplify the many disability related efforts underway globally. As an example of the Council’s work, they developed a strategy, goals and framework for the bank’s disability work and guidelines to drive disability inclusion across communications, technology, real estate and how they can influence 3rd party relationships.
