2024 NextGen Leadership Program
Disability:IN NextGen Leadership Program is a six-month mentoring program for college students and recent graduates (no later than 2022) with disabilities. Students are matched one-on-one with mentors from Disability:IN Corporate Partners across all industries like Google, JPMorgan, Chase, Microsoft, Boeing, and Pfizer.
NextGen Leadership Opportunities:
- Meet virtually twice monthly for six months with a corporate mentor.
- Receive notifications of various job opportunities with Corporate Partners throughout the year via a Job Opportunity Digest.
- Opportunity to attend the annual Virtual Speed Networking to meet with up to five Corporate Partners.
- Network with Fortune 1000 companies and gain valuable insights into their selection process.
- Participate in monthly webinars focused on a variety of topics including disability disclosure, accommodations, and interviewing.
- Apply to attend our annual Disability:IN conference, July 13th–18th, 2024 in Las Vegas, NV.
This has been such a positive experience for me. It has opened many doors for me that I never imagined could happen.
