Maureen Corcoran
Maureen Corcoran brings over 30 years of experience leading diversity and inclusion, work-life and wellness initiatives to her role as Corporate Disability Inclusion Consultant. She specializes in delivering DEIA and work-life strategies, training, and communications most recently to the financial services, life sciences and regulatory industries.
Maureen is a certified Leadership Coach. Previously she was Vice President of Health, Life & Inclusion at Prudential Financial, Vice President of Diversity at Prudential Financial and Senior Director of Diversity & Inclusion at IQVIA where she advocated for and co-founded the Disability & Carers Network.
Known for creative and engaging learning experiences, Maureen’s training toolkit includes business-based diversity and inclusion topics, building cultures of total health covering physical, cognitive, emotional, social, spiritual, and financial dimensions, leadership skills, workplace flexibility and other supportive workplace solutions.
Maureen holds a Work-Life Professional certification from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a certificate in Mastering Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management. She is a twice nationally awarded work-life strategist receiving the Chris C. Kjeldsen Work Life Legacy Award for innovation and the Ted Child’s Life Work Excellence Award for advancing the work-life industry. Maureen is also co-author of The Effects of Telecommuting Intensity on Employee Health published in the American Journal of Health Promotion.
