Billie Martin
Billie Martin is a dedicated Human Resources Professional with over a decade of experience in progressive leadership roles across diverse sectors, including non-profit organizations and technology firms.
In Billie’s previous role as Director of Administration & Human Resources at The Apollo Theater Foundation, she oversaw HR operations for over 100 employees, implementing new policies and revamping HR systems for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. Billie has demonstrated excellence in collaborating with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals.
Billie holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Parks Recreation and Tourism, Sports Management from NC State University. Go Pack!! As a former Division 1 Student-Athlete, she brings a unique perspective and dedication to teamwork and leadership to her professional endeavors.
Billie currently resides in Raleigh, NC with her husband Stephen.
