Description: In late 2019 Cargill recognized the need to build its mental health programs. The journey started with a survey to understand the gaps and opportunities and led to robust programs, training, and resources, including an anti-stigma campaign that is changing the company culture around mental health.

Participants will learn:

  • What data was collected and how it built the foundation of the program
  • New programs and resources that were created
  • The “Be Mindful” Mental Health Awareness training
  • The “How are you doing, really?” anti-stigma campaign
