At Rethink Benefits, Louis leads the ongoing product development and management for the Neurodiversity Inclusion Center, an online training and virtual consultation platform to help managers and HR teams provide workplace accommodations for employees with cognitive variances. At his former company, Louis was a champion of diversity and inclusion across multiple sectors as an Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leader. He was instrumental in starting a hiring program for individuals with autism. He also served a full four-year term on the Board of Directors of the Selective Mutism Association, an international organization established to increase public awareness and understanding of the children with selective mutism. Outside of his regular responsibilities, Louis has a contract with Plural Publishing to co-author a book to help children and teens who are struggling with effective communication.
