For Entrepreneurs

Position your business for growth by becoming a Certified Disability Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE®).

Gain access to a network of peers, development resources, and opportunities to compete for contracts with leading companies worldwide.

To qualify for certification, businesses must:

  • Be at least 51% Owned, Operated, Managed, and Controlled by person(s) with disabilities
  • Be headquartered in the country in which they are applying for certification
  • Be For-Profit

Already Certified?

NaVOBA Certified Firms

NaVOBA-certified firms can opt in to the Disability:IN Supplier Inclusion Program as an SDV-DOBE. Renewals are handled through NaVOBA, which sends updated details directly to Disability:IN.

WBENC and NGLCC Certified Applicants

Apply for DOBE certification via the Disability:IN Certification Hub. Determinations typically take 30 days and require a current certification.

SBA Vet Certified Applicants

Apply for SDV-DOBE certification through the Disability:IN Certification Hub. Required documents include your DD214, Disability Ratings Letter, SBA VET Certified Letter, and standard business documentation.
