Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
A Disability-Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE®) is a for-profit business that is at least 51% owned, operated, managed, and controlled by a person with a disability. Disability:IN certifies DOBEs, V-DOBEs®, and SDV-DOBEs® to help businesses gain recognition and access opportunities within the global business community.
Certification helps validate your business as disability-owned and connects you to networking, business development, educational resources, and opportunities to engage with corporations seeking to strengthen their supplier pipeline.
Disability:IN helps companies discover and engage with disability-owned suppliers through matchmaking opportunities, events, mentorship, and networking experiences designed to foster meaningful business relationships.
While most opportunities to engage with certified DOBEs are available through corporate partnership, organizations interested in expanding their supplier networks are encouraged to connect with our team to learn about available engagement options.
