These 6 companies all have Neurodiversity Hiring programs for in place for over 1 year and have seen the positive business impact. We want to have broader impact by coming together to help lead the conversation and change the unemployment rate for neurodiverse individuals.

Many of these companies are members of Disability:IN. Like Disability:IN, each of us is committed to promoting inclusion of people of all abilities in the workforce.

Yes, we have an annual conference where academia, social partners, and companies attend. We also live stream the event.

Disability:IN is organizing the Neurodiversity @ Work Employer Roundtable by spreading awareness amongst all communities and companies, making connections, and offering a place to meet in-person at the Disability:IN Annual Conference.

The Roundtable believes this is the start of a long-term, inclusive process. This initiative was launched in response to a growing number of requests from companies seeking to connect with one another regarding neurodiversity hiring initiatives. As business disability inclusion efforts evolve, additional initiatives may form.

There is no end date projected, as long as we can add value to the community of employers looking to start similar type hiring programs.

We are looking for companies to join the roundtable as formal members who have programs that have been public for 12 months or greater. Any company can connect with the roundtable today to get advice on starting or evolving their programs.
