This webinar will discuss accommodating employees with mental health conditions in the workplace.  Changes in routine, the need to adapt quickly, social isolation from telework, and fear of returning to in-person work are only a few of the issues created by the pandemic.  These changes have exacerbated symptoms for some employees with existing mental health conditions and triggered an increase in anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders such as opioid addiction.  Our presenter will discuss ways to address these issues and provide relevant ADA rules and best practices.
