We have survived the trauma of a global pandemic and we are finally able to envision a return to some semblance of normalcy in both our personal and professional lives. Many adults in the United States are fully vaccinated and as business leaders, we are looking to the future and plans to bring our workers back to the office. After a year or more of virtual work, business leaders are making unprecedented decisions about the future of their workplaces. Some businesses have decided to remain virtual even after it is safe to return to the office, some will use a hybrid model which will allow workers to choose to work virtually or in the office and other businesses will require that their workers return to their offices as soon as it is safe to return.

Decisions about the future of our workplaces will greatly impact the professional and personal lives of our employees. The pandemic has required us to create workplace policies and procedures to protect the physical health of our employees. In order to create a positive and productive work environment, we must also consider the mental health of our employees.

It is vital that we recognize the many ways in which all of our workers have been affected by the significant changes in our lives caused by the continuing global pandemic. How can you help your employees make a smooth, and hopefully, happy transition to the “new better” in your business?

In this webinar, mental health expert Steve Crimando will offer insights and best practices which will help you:

• Understand the nature of the trauma caused by the pandemic and how it has affected us
• Understand, recognize and address worker concerns about returning to the office
• Recognize the signs of pandemic trauma in your workplace
• Utilize the best practices for recognizing and addressing a mental health emergency in your workplace

Join us and learn how you can make the “new normal” the “new better” for your business and its employees.
