Disability:IN Chicagoland starts its third annual Virtual Disability Inclusion Opportunity Summit program series on Tuesday, October 4th with a discussion on Leaning into the Disability Equality Index Advantage: key findings, initiatives & opportunities. Becky Kekula, Director of the Disability Equality Index (DEI), will have a conversation with top scoring companies including:
- Karina Sanchez, Senior Associate, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Grant Thornton;
- Deidra Jenkins, Senior Vice President, Chief Diversity Equity & Inclusion Officer -Americas, Northern Trust; and
- Vivian Ayuso-Sanchez, Director, DEI, Disability & Affirmative Action, Walgreens
These Diversity Equity & Inclusion leaders will discuss how they used the DEI as a roadmap to become more inclusive. Participating brands will discuss why they chose to take the DEI, their initial expectations and key findings.
