Supplier Diversity Site Interview Volunteer Training
Wednesday, November 30th, 1:00pm – 2:30pm EST
As an integral part of the Disability:IN supplier certification process, a site interview with the Disability Owned Business Enterprise (DOBE) applicant serves as a validation tool and enhances the reliability and credibility of the entire certification process.
The role of a site interview volunteer is to conduct an in-person or virtual structured interview with the business applicant. The applicant’s responses are recorded and submitted to the Disability:IN Supplier Diversity Program office. A site interview takes approximately one hour to complete.
Advanced training as a site interviewer is approximately 60 minutes and will provide you with the information and tools needed to be a member of Disability:IN’s site interviewer cadre.
Any future request of you to conduct a site interview will be made directly with you and you will always have the opportunity to accept or decline that volunteer request.
