In her role as Disability:IN’s Chief Global Strategist, Leslie leads the Inclusion Works and Global Workplace Initiatives teams. She has consulted with hundreds of multi-national companies across industries and sectors in locations around the world to create disability inclusive workplaces.
Leslie and her team were instrumental in growing Inclusion Works from 6 companies in 2014 to 135+ major companies today. Inclusion Works subject matter experts provide customized, 3-year disability inclusion consulting services & facilitated sharing of best and evolving practices among the participating companies. In 2020, Leslie and the Global Workplace Initiatives team based in Brazil, France, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the United States began advancing Disability:IN’s Global Initiatives with a handful of corporate representatives. Today, there are nearly 1,000 corporate representatives on the Global Roundtable and Regional Councils in Asia Pacific (APAC), Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Latin America (LATAM).
Hosted by Google, and organized by the Global Workplace Initiatives team, Disability:IN’s Global Journey to Disability Inclusion for Business events were held in Tokyo, Japan in 2023 and Dublin, Ireland in 2024. Accenture will host the next Global Journey…event in Bengaluru, India in November 2025.
Leslie is an experienced project manager, Association for Talent Development (ATD) certified trainer, formerly certified as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, an expert on Section 503, and international disability compliance requirements. She was awarded the George Thompson, Jr. award by East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania for exceptional accomplishment in the areas of community and human relations and multicultural and diverse values.
