Bio

Shea Belsky is a graduate of Cornell University, holding a BS in Information Science, specializing in User Experience, and minoring in Education. He also received his MPS in Information Science in December 2018 from Cornell.
At Cornell, Shea was a member of the Cornell Union for Disability Awareness, collaborating with student organizations and university administration to increase awareness and acceptance of individuals with disabilities.
Shea specializes in the intersection of user experience, technology, and usability. He currently works as the Chief Technology Officer for Mentra, a neurodivergent-friendly talent platform that intelligently matches neurodiverse individuals with employers that value their strengths. Mentra puts recruiters in front of candidates rather than forcing them to navigate through the challenging process of finding a job.
Shea’s responsibilities include the development of Mentra’s candidate & recruiter-facing platform, engagement with investors & partners, collaboration with business & product stakeholders, and representing Mentra in public events.
Shea has previously worked at Wayfair and HubSpot as a software engineer and accessibility advocate for their digital platforms.
