Noreen Kinsler
Noreen Kinsler is a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist for Qualcomm. Noreen has been in this role for more than two years and is passionate about inclusion and diversity. Prior to this role she worked at the Qualcomm Library for 9 years. Noreen’s main focus at Qualcomm is to create a diverse and inclusive working environment. She sits on the board of Qualcomm’s LGBTQ+, LatinQ, QVets and AbilityQ organizations. She also works closely with Qualcomm’s employee resource groups and has been influential in spearheading a number of inclusive events at Qualcomm, including raising the Pride Flag for the month of June, creating a Lunar New Year celebration event, coordinating a sensory and quiet zone for attendees at Qualcomm’s Take Your Kids to Work Day, developing an Autism at Work program and overseeing an award winning Pride Parade contingent.
Noreen has lived in San Diego, California for most of her life with some moves to Mississippi, Virginia, New York and Nevada. San Diego, however, always calls Noreen back. Noreen has Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Mississippi located in Hattiesburg, MS. Her interests include spending time with her family and 5 fur kids, traveling, rainbows and watching American Football. A fun fact about Noreen – she has seen the San Diego Chargers play at all 32 NFL stadiums and in London, before the team moved to Los Angeles.
