Mylene Padolina
Mylene Padolina re-joins Disability:IN to provide disability inclusion consulting services to Inclusion Works participating companies. From 2012-2016, she lead the NextGen Initiatives (formerly Career Link Mentoring/Rising Leaders Program) and supported the development and launch of the Disability Equality Index.
She has over 25 years of experience in human resources, diversity and inclusion, pipeline development, community relations, program management and leadership development from working at Ameritech, AT&T and Microsoft. As the Sr. Diversity Outreach Manager at Microsoft, Mylene developed and implemented benchmarked programs in community outreach, employee resource groups and disability inclusion. She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of MPadolina & Associates LLC which partners with organizations in successfully creating diverse and inclusive workplaces, programs and leaders.
