Larissa Sipprell
Larissa Sipprell has worked for Best Buy Co., Inc since 1998. She has held a variety of positions throughout the company including working with the call centers, supporting Geek Squad service offerings and Human Resources. She currently manages a team that is responsible for managing all employee information in Oracle, reporting and analytics for all employee information, restructure operational activities and immigration support.
In February 2018, she became the Chair for the disABILITIES ERG focused on three main areas: mental health, chronic illness and physical disabilities. It is their mission to promote Best Buy as a company that welcomes those with disabilities in its roles as employers, retailer and community partner. Through education and action, disABILITIES strives to help remove barriers for people with disabilities in order to help them unleash their full potential.
