Jen Guadagno
Jen Emira is the Senior Employee Experiences Program Manager, focusing on accessibility and disability inclusion, within the Microsoft Accessibility team. Jen was a part of the Microsoft Autism Hiring Program launch in April 2015 and oversaw a transformation from a 4-week event to a 4-day interview experience. She has partnered closely with the Microsoft Global Talent Acquisition team to support regular inclusive hiring events for candidates with disabilities. More recently, Jen’s scope has expanded to look across the candidate and employees with disabilities experience at Microsoft to identify areas to build expertise and provide a world-class experience for employees with disabilities.
Jen has been with Microsoft for 14 years in roles across HRIT, Search Advertising, Online Safety and now the Accessibility Team. Jen is a Co-Chair for the Microsoft disAbility Worldwide Employee Resource Group and co-leads the Employees with Mental Health Condition and People with Eating Disorders discussion groups.
