Bio

Jason serves as the Manager of Events at Disability:IN, working to provide quality in-person and virtual event experiences to participants.
Prior to joining Disability:IN, Jason managed local, state-wide, and national events for a variety of nonprofits and associations. He has managed meetings, conferences, donor dinners, volunteer activations, camps, trainings and more for audiences ranging from 15-4000 attendees. Jason enjoys creating quality event experiences and opportunities for education, networking, volunteerism, and celebration.
Most recently Jason served as the Manager of Events for the Minnesota Rural Electric Association. In this role, Jason managed over 80 state-wide events as well as the association’s vendor program. Previously, Jason managed events for a variety of nonprofits in the community engagement and youth development areas.
Jason lives in Minneapolis, MN with his wife Samantha and their dogs Finn and Zoey. He enjoys visiting coffee shops and breweries, playing board games and trivia, and spending time with family and friends. Jason also serves as the District Administrator for the Minnesota-Dakotas District of Circle K International working with college student leaders across Minnesota and the Dakotas to gain leadership skills and provide service to the community. Jason and his wife Samantha also own their own event planning company, Events That JAM. Jason has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the College of Wooster.
