Jason Kallio
Jason Kallio has been in his NRG Co-Chair role for a 1 year and involved since talks about a Disability NRG started years back at Humana. His passion for the NRGs comes from his life experiences and career aspirations. Jason is an amputee and has been for many years following a childhood ATV accident. He also has many close family members who are or were impacted by disabilities. Jason sees the ACCESS NRG as a way to help educate and grow people, while helping Humana. For these reasons the ACCESS NRG was a great fit for this Co-Chair. Jason has been with Humana for 15 years, basically with the company since college. During his time at Humana, Jason has been in various roles from operations to shared services, but mainly in consultant roles. One of his most notable duties was having program management oversight for a highly productive internal crowdsourcing program used for business consulting.
