Elvie Gee, Global Diversity & Inclusion Networks Leader, provides strategic direction to the internal Diversity & Inclusion networks across Johnson & Johnson globally. Elvie is accountable for the development and implementation of the Employee Resource Group (ERG) and Diversity Council global strategy, governance and framework.

Immediately prior to her current role, Elvie had oversight for the enterprise Diversity Leadership Development Programs focused on the acceleration of our diverse talent globally. As well, she led the diversity survey management strategy with the focus of upholding Johnson and Johnson’s reputation as a leader in Diversity & Inclusion.

Since joining Johnson & Johnson in 2007, Elvie has held various progressive HR business partner roles including supporting the Johnson & Johnson Medical Company in Canada and Ethicon in both Ohio and New Jersey. In these roles, she was focused on building and enhancing organizational capabilities to further grow the business, including leading change management initiatives and executing new field-based business models. Her passion for diversity and talent development is evident as she played a key role in elevating the value proposition of one of J&J’s local Employee Resource Groups and is now taking that on at the enterprise level across all ERGs.

Elvie holds a Certified Human Resources Professional designation from the HRPA in Canada, is a member of SHRM and speaks three languages (English, Chinese, French).
