Darcie Rossborough
Darcie Rossborough joined 3M in June of 2011. She has held various positions within the Business Transformation and IT division. Darcie is currently an IT Manager responsible for the Automation and DevOps Enablement team.
Darcie is a co-chair of the disAbility Network ERG at 3M. She has a passion for empowering children and adults with disabilities to achieve career and life goals. Darcie is committed to supporting those who have family and or friends with disabilities. Darcie partnered with others at 3M in 2017 to create a sub-group of the ERG specifically targeting employees who are impacted by autism or mental health disabilities.
