Dameone Ferguson
Dameone Ferguson is a corporate consultant within Lockheed Martin’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Office. He is the corporate liaison for the Military Veterans, LGBT, Able and Allies, and African American Employee Resource Group Communities. In addition to consulting with these communities, he is an internal expert on intersectionality.
Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Dameone was a senior program manager for the United States Department of Energy’s Office of Economic Impact and Diversity. While at the Department of Energy, he led the management of three highly visible federal diversity and recruitment programs focused on underrepresented communities which became a benchmark and best in class practice for the federal government.
His educational background includes: Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Voorhees College, Master of Social Work from Howard University, and professional certificates from George Mason and Cornell Universities. Dameone has presented at local and national conferences on diversity and inclusion topics. Additionally, he is a member of a wide range of national and institutional organizations.
