Bio

Crystal Baker has 13 years of accessibility experience in the public sector and 4 years’ experience with AT&T. Passionate about helping others, she was gifted a job duty no one else wanted, an electronic and information resources accessibility coordinator. With encouragement from local peers in the accessibility industry, Crystal became a leader in this field and was snatched up by AT&T’s Corporate Compliance Office. In her free time, she mentors aspiring accessibility professionals and project managers, serves as AT&T’s Ability Employee Resource Group National President, and is the current chair of the International Association of Accessibility Professional’s Organizational & Professional Development Committee. Grateful for an amazing group of colleagues and friends, Crystal makes every effort to give back to her community through volunteering with several non-profits and sharing her knowledge of accessibility.
