Cara Pelletier

Cara Pelletier is a passionate advocate for disability and accessibility, helping businesses create more inclusive workplaces where all employees can thrive. Cara has extensive experience in leadership development, organizational change, and neuroinclusion, having led employee development, leadership development, and inclusion initiatives at tech and biotech companies for more than 20 years.
She holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and is a Certified ADA Coordinator. Cara’s work has been cited in the New York Times, Forbes, CNBC and Fast Company, and featured in the books, Driving Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion by Kristina Kohl (2022, Auerbach Publications) and The Fix: Overcome the Invisible Barriers that are Holding Women Back at Work by Michelle P. King (2020, Atria Books). Cara and her wife live in Bangor, Maine with two rescue pups and four cats.
