Bridgette is a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager working with Inclusion Works companies to assist them in creating inclusive talent sourcing plans to reach diverse talent with disabilities and the associated outreach.
Bridgette began her career working in law firms where she recruited partners to summer associates and everything in between. Law firm recruiting taught Bridgette the basics of Talent Acquisition but also allowed her to gain experience in Diversity & Inclusion and Event Management both which have significantly helped her along her journey! After several years in law firms, Bridgette was led to try her hand in Corporate recruiting at Capital One where her portfolio ranged from IT, Operations, Executive and Audit groups. At Capital One, Bridgette focused on strategy and buildout plans for the teams she supported. She was instrumental in working with executive leadership to determine the direction of the team structure and where to direct the development plans, resulting in significant growth across the audit functions in the US market.
Most recently, Bridgette acted as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner in a non-profit where she owned several portfolios and held the responsibility of creating strategy and recruiting plans and being a preferred recruiting partner for the legal, executive, and educational teams.
Bridgette received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Radford University and actively volunteers her knowledge and time to helping make positive change in underprivileged areas in an effort to stop the increasing rate of youth crime across the country.
