The Inclusion Works program provides participating company employees the opportunity to attend two annual Community of Corporations meetings featuring Inclusion Works companies sharing best and evolving practices. During these meetings, Inclusion Works company employees are provided the opportunity to:
- Learn from colleagues at Inclusion Works participating companies the actions they are taking to create more disability inclusive workplaces.
- Engage with industry peers to learn how they are gaining the disability advantage, through tools like the Disability Equality Index.
- Learn accommodation best practices from companies that have made progress in accommodating candidates, employees, and customers with disabilities.
