Disability:IN Chicagoland continues its second annual Virtual Disability Inclusion Opportunity Summit program series on Tuesday, October 19th with a discussion on Partnering with Universities to Recruit Students with Disabilities. On campus recruiting of students with disabilities can be challenging for companies looking to diversify their talent pool. Complexities include: identifying students with disabilities, training recruiters and hiring managers, and ensuring an accessible experience for students.  Join career services professionals at Chicago area universities including: DePaul, Northwestern, and UIC who will offer suggestions on how to better identify and support students with disabilities during the recruiting process. They’ll share places where there are opportunities to increase the accessibility of recruiting platforms and discuss the complicated question of disclosure for students with disabilities. Don’t miss this important conversation on diversifying your pipeline.
