In recognition of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, Disability:IN Chicagoland is excited to partner with Disability:IN Wisconsin to host a series of events throughout the month of October. The fourth and final session of this year’s virtual Disability Inclusion Opportunity Summit will feature a discussion on the power of identity: as an ally, as a person with a disability, as a caregiver, and as member of various demographic identities. Local business leaders, Disability:IN Chicagoland partners, and national experts will lead a discussion about how to create opportunities for collaboration across different corporate Employee Resource Groups and Business Resources Groups (E/BRGs), in light of the limited time and resources available for these efforts in the current environment.
