Jill Houghton is President & Chief Executive Officer of Disability:IN, the leading nonprofit resource for advancing business disability inclusion and accessibility worldwide. Under her leadership, Disability:IN has empowered 550+ leading multi-nationals to advance equality through groundbreaking programs and initiatives including the renowned Disability Equality Index, the most comprehensive benchmarking tool for disability inclusion in business.

Ms. Houghton and her team work closely with regulators, legislators, and policy experts to illuminate the business and financial case for disability inclusion in workforce representation and corporate governance reporting at the board and executive level. As a sign of her organization’s growing influence, Disability:IN was recently granted Special Consultative Status by the United Nations Economic & Social Council and asked by the International Monetary Fund to provide an Accessibility & Inclusion External Review.

With Ms. Houghton at the helm, Disability:IN has been named to the 2021 Brands That Matter and 2023 Best Workplaces for Innovators lists by Fast Company. In 2021, she was also named one of Business Insider’s 100 People Transforming Business.

She serves on the Fifth Third Bank National Community Advisory Forum, M&M’S FUNd Advisory Council, and the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Patient and Family Advisory Council.
