Weslyn Rawlins joins the Disability:IN team with 12+ years of people and culture leadership, previously working for Verizon. She has a stellar record of leading mission-critical Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) programs and employee resource groups (ERG). She is passionate about ensuring that people with disabilities are a part creation of an accessible and truly inclusive world. Weslyn has an extensive operational, program and project management background, as well as event coordination experience.
