Sarah Hatfield
Sarah has spent the last 15 years as a Human Resources Director for several nonprofit organizations in Denver, Colorado. She was drawn to the mission of Disability:IN because she and others close to her have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Prior to her work with nonprofits, Sarah held HR leadership positions with a large banking institution in Kansas City, Missouri.
Professionally, Sarah is passionate about contributing to a culture where employees are engaged and are given opportunities to develop professionally. She also believes strongly in supporting the mental health needs of employees.
Sarah received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in business from the University of Kansas. She is a huge fan of Jayhawk basketball!
Sarah and her wife live in the Tucson, Arizona area where they enjoy playing golf and swimming.
