Sarah is a Corporate Disability Inclusion Consultant with 25 years of experience in executive healthcare administration and DEIA consulting. Recognized as a Lived Experience Expert Partner by the US Department of Health & Human Services, she guides Fortune 1000 companies through the process of planning and implementing measurable DEIA improvements. Devoted to advancing health equity, she has served as Director of Chapter Services & Healthcare Access at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Assistant Hospital Administrator at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, and Congressional Analyst working on the Affordable Care Act. Sarah holds an MS in Public Administration and chairs the board of the Shield Maidens Wheelchair Basketball League.
