Patricia is the Vice-President, Supplier Diversity-Disability:IN™ and oversees a broad array of programs and initiatives that support disability supplier inclusion in corporate and government supply chains, providing certification for businesses owned by veterans with disabilities, service-disabled veterans and other entrepreneurs with disabilities and equipping them with critical knowledge to grow and sustain their businesses in today’s marketplace.
Disability:IN is a national non-profit, non-partisan business-led coalition dedicated to advancing disability inclusion in the workplace, supply chain, and marketplace. The organization has over 25 Disability:IN affiliates across the United States. Disability:IN’s Supplier Diversity Program certifies disability suppliers and provides education, information and connections to contracting opportunities with Disability:IN corporate and government partners and decision-makers.
Patricia is an experienced management professional with extensive knowledge of supply chain processes and designing/ implementing supplier diversity programs and business strategies that get powerful results. She has more than twenty- five years of experience in building corporate supplier diversity and diversity outreach programs and significantly increasing business contract spend with diverse suppliers while building internal executive support.
She has served on boards and committees for organizations like the National Minority Supplier Development Council, the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, and the Supplier Diversity Group of the Institute for Supply Management. In 2012, Patricia was inducted into the Women’s Business Enterprise Hall of Fame (WBEHF) in recognition of exemplary achievement and leadership in business and serving as a role model for other women and aspiring leaders. In 2015, she joined CVS Health’s Diverse Supplier Development Education Advisory Council representing Disability:IN. She resides in Houston, Texas.
