Philip DeVliegher is a passionate advocate and consultant committed to providing relevant and innovative diversity & inclusion program expertise to Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, and diverse-owned business enterprises. Prior to launching pDevl Consulting in 2012, Philip held the position of Director of Global Supplier Diversity at Marriott International. In his role, he leveraged his broad experience in talent management and acquisition, establishing and supporting the strategic direction, development, implementation and management of Marriott’s world-class supplier diversity program. He is a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®), the premier cross-culturally valid assessment for building cultural competence in individuals or organizations. Besides serving on numerous supplier diversity committees, he has also served as Interim President of the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council.
