Philip serves as Vice President of Supplier Diversity at Disability:IN, developing and leading Disability:IN’s global supply chain and supplier diversity program strategy and execution. As a passionate advocate committed to providing relevant and innovative supplier diversity & inclusion expertise, he has been actively involved with Disability:IN’s supplier diversity program since its inception in 2010. With more than 20 years of corporate experience in supplier diversity, human resources and talent acquisition, as well as nearly 10 years of entrepreneurship and non-profit leadership in supplier diversity, he brings a unique perspective to his role.
He is a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®), the premier cross-culturally valid assessment for building cultural competence in individuals and organizations.
